I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, away from the city life, was perfect for me. Being situated right on the beach, with a stunning view of the sea, islands, and sky from my room, was truly wonderful. The hotel also had easy access to a beautiful white sand beach, which was great for walking and cycling. Not to mention, the traditional Japanese breakfasts served at the restaurant were delicious. The staff, although limited in English, tried their best to be helpful and arranged a taxi for me when the shuttle bus wasn't available. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Everything was great.

Excellent location amidst pine trees. Next to a white sand beach. Situated on the seaside. Not too expensive. Own big outside car park. Very traditional Japanese breakfasts. Great views and access to walking/cycling. Some staff tried hard to be helpful
All good

the hotel is situated right on the seaside, offering breathtaking views of the beach, sea, islands, and even a castle in the distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even offering a view of the lapping waves as you fall asleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging taxis when needed and providing excellent customer service. the breakfast served had a reasonable variety of options and used fresh, local ingredients. It was a truly authentic Japanese seaside experience.
The front desk staff could improve their customer service skills and show more empathy towards tired travelers, rather than simply sticking to protocol.

Great Japanese-style breakfast and dinner, amazing sea view
The hotel served delicious and authentic Japanese-style breakfast and dinner, and the sea view from the room was breathtaking. , the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway from the busy city life. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers easy access to scenic walking trails.
The hotel room was poorly maintained and urgently needs renovation. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows provided no support.

We had a great time enjoying the stunning sea view from our room window and the easy access to the walking/cycling trail just outside the hotel. the breakfast served was delicious, and we appreciated the traditional Japanese menu. the hotel's restaurant in the nearby building was another highlight - their food was mind-blowing.
Although we liked many things about this hotel, it's important to note that it felt a bit outdated, and it might need a renovation soon. Our beds were too firm and not very comfortable, and we had to pay for a taxi to get to the main Karatsu Eki station or anywhere else in the city.
